The food came all wet. The Coca Cola was spilled all over the food. When we told that to the driver he refused to take it back. So we had to complain with the chat help and basically we couldn’t eat the food.

The driver didn’t care at all about the positioning of the drinks in the backpack and now the food is soaked in cola, and the package leaked cola all over my floor.

Food was good. Delivery took almost 2 hours cause they won't start preparing the food till a delivery person is found. and guess what, that takes an hour just to find one and Thuisbezorgd doesn't tell you that. Also drink was spilled in the bag.
